摘要
滑环装置打火是发电机滑环装置运行过程中常见的缺陷之一,从滑环装置设备改造和滑环的日常维护改进两个方面,在滑环打火原因分析的基础上,探索了滑环结构的改造,取得了良好效果,保障了发电机组的稳定运行,同时为更好的维护滑环装置提出了一些有益建议。
Sparking is one of the common faults in the operation of the slip ring device in hydro-turbine generator units.Possible causes of the sparking faults are analyzed.Then,device renovation and regular maintenance measures are proposed.With the measures,satisfactory performance is achieved and the stable operation of the generator unit is ensured.
