基于再设计利用的废旧针织毛衫拆解方法研究

Research on Disassembly Method of Waste Knitted Clothing Based on Redesign and Utilization

拆解废旧针织毛衫是对其进行再设计利用的一个重要环节。为减少废旧针织毛衫的拉伸性、卷边性和脱散性对拆成物的外观、质量和尺寸带来的影响,本文针对废旧针织毛衫拆解成为衣片、局部组织或图案以及拆散成线等三种情形,分别提出了缝合线拆解法、缝迹防脱散和异料贴边裁剪法以及拆线法。研究显示:运用这些拆解方法能快速拆解废旧针织毛衫,能有效防止拆解的针织物变形、卷边和脱散。

Dismantling the waste knitted sweater is an important link in its redesign and utilization.In order to reduce the influence of stretching,crimping and detaching of waste knitted sweaters on the appearance,quality and size of disassembled products,in view of the three situations that waste knitted sweaters were disassembled into pieces,local tissues or patterns,and disassembled into threads,the suture disassembly method,seam anti separation and different material sticking edge cutting methods,and disassembly into yarn method were proposed.The research shows that these disassembly methods can quickly disassemble waste knitted sweaters and effectively prevent the deformation,crimping and separation of disassembled knitted fabrics.
