自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid in treatment of stageⅢandⅣmixed hemorrhoids

目的观察自动弹力线痔疮套扎术(RPH)治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔的有效性和安全性.方法240例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔患者随机均分为外剥内扎术组、吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)组和RPH组.比较三组临床疗效和手术相关指标.结果术后3 d,RPH组肛门功能评分、VAS疼痛评分和肛门狭窄评分低于外剥内扎术组和PPH组(P<0.05).与外剥内扎术组和PPH组相比,RPH组总有效率高,手术时间、住院时间、伤口愈合时间短,术中出血量少,术后并发症发生率低(P<0.05).结论RPH治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期混合痔安全、有效.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid(RPH)in the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids.Methods According to different surgical methods,240 patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids were randomly and equally divided into three groups of C(treated with external stripping and internal ligation),PPH(treated with a procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids)and RPH(treated with RPH).The clinical efficacy and surgery-related indicators were compared among the three groups.Results The anal function score,V AS pain score and anastomotic stenosis score were lower in group RPH than those in groups of C and PPH 3 days after operation(P<0.05).Compared with groups of C and PPH,group RPH had higher total effectiveness rate,shorter operation time,hospitalization time and wound healing time,less intraoperative blood loss and lower incidence of postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclusion RPH is safe and effective in the treatment of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ mixed hemorrhoids.
