摘要
本文以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为原料,采用流延挤出工艺,制备不同厚度的铸片并对其进行双向热拉伸,研究了厚度与双向拉伸对薄膜透光率和雾度的影响。研究结果表明,随着厚度的增加,薄膜的透光率下降,雾度增大。双向拉伸可提高薄膜的透光率,降低薄膜的雾度,对薄膜的光学性能有一定的促进作用。
In this paper,polyethylene terephthalate(PET) was used as raw material,casting sheets with different thickness were prepared by flow extrusion process and bidirectional thermal stretching was carried out.The effects of thickness and bidirectional stretching on light transmittance and fog were studied.The results show that the transmittance of the film decreases and the fog increases with the increase of the thickness.Bidirectional stretching can improve the transmittance of the film and reduce the fog of the film,which can promote the optical properties of the film.
