放射治疗计划自动化分级建议

Consensus on taxonomy of planning automation for radiotherapy

摘要 在大数据和人工智能的助力下,放射治疗计划自动化的研究及临床应用发展迅速。放疗计划自动化系统的使用和监管等工作,需要仔细考虑自动化的程度及其适用环境。对于自动驾驶车辆,国内外定义了其自动化水平,但对于放疗计划自动化没有类似的定义。为了促进和规范放疗计划自动化发展,并激发行业讨论,我们参考汽车驾驶自动化分级制定了此分级建议,将放疗计划自动化分成6个等级(1级至6级)。 Powered by big data and artificial intelligence,the research and clinical application of treatment planning automation for radiation therapy are rapidly growing.The application and supervision of planning automation systems necessitate careful consideration of different levels of automation,as well as the context for use.For autonomous vehicles,the levels of automation have been defined at home and abroad.Nevertheless,no such definitions exist for radiotherapy planning automation.To promote and standardize the development of radiotherapy planning automation and initiate discussion within the community,we developed this recommendation with reference to the taxonomy of driving automation for vehicles and divided the radiotherapy planning automation into six levels(level 1 to 6).
