According to the Guide on Leading Power Factor Operation Test of Synchronous Generator, the power system analysis software MATLAB is used to simulate the back-pressure generator. The low-excitation limit configuration of the back-pressure generator is proposed and analyses are performed on the constraints affecting the low-excitation limits, which is of a certain guiding significance for the operation of such backpressure generators and the regulation of auxiliary power buses.
