摘要
针对目前电力营销现场环境复杂多变的情况,提出以智能化信息手段将安全管理和营销系统流程进行融合,研究现场作业安全数字化管控新模式,建设营销现场作业平台,建立应用移动终端微应用,利用图像识别、地图服务等技术,全面实现现场作业安全管控的线上化、数字化、智能化、精细化,实现营销作业现场的总体管控和作业标准化指引,进一步完善营销安全责任体系和提升企业营销专业现场作业安全管控能力。
In view of the complex and ever-changing power marketing environment, a proposal is made to integrate the safety management and the marketing system flow via intelligent information means, study a new digital control mode of onsite operation safety, build an onsite marketing operation platform, establish the microapplication of mobile terminals, and use technologies such as image recognition and map service, so as to fully realize online, digital, intelligent and refined management and control of onsite operation safety, realize overall management and control of marketing sites and operation standardization guidance, further improve the marketing safety responsibility system and enhance the ability of onsite operation safety control of enterprise marketing specialty.
