摘要
针对各电厂煤粉管道因金属膨胀节选型、安装位置、吊挂导向结构不合理等引发的问题,对目前市场常见的煤粉管道金属膨胀节类型进行对比分析,提出了优化金属膨胀节设计和安装位置、减少膨胀节数量等解决措施,以保障锅炉稳定、高效运行。
In allusion to a series of problems in pulverized coal pipelines of power plants caused by the unreasonable selection of metal expansion joint, installation position and hanging guide structure, etc.,comparative analyses are conducted on the types of common metal expansion joints of pulverized coal pipes in the market at present, and solutions and measures are put forward to optimize the design of metallic expansion joints and the location for installation, and reduce the number of metallic expansion joints to be used so as to guarantee the stable and efficient operation of boilers.
