根据油浸式并联电抗器铁芯屏蔽结构特性,分析铁芯屏蔽层开裂、铁芯屏蔽层褶皱、铁芯屏蔽层片间短路等典型缺陷,提出了相应的技术防范措施,为油浸式并联电抗器的制造工艺管控和故障诊断提供了参考。

According to the core shielding structural characteristics of oil immersed shunt reactor, analyses are carried out on the typical defects such as core shielding layer cracking, shielding layer folding, short circuit between shielding layer sheets, and technical preventive measures are proposed, which provides reference for the control of manufacturing process and fault diagnosis of oil-immersed shunt reactors.
