超声引导下麦默通微创手术对乳腺良性肿瘤患者病灶成功切除率及复发率的影响

Effects of Ultrasound-guided Mammotome Minimally Invasive Surgery on the Successful Resection Rate and Recurrence Rate of Breast Benign Tumor Patients

目的探讨在乳腺良性肿瘤患者采取超声引导下麦默通微创手术治疗对病灶成功切除率、预后情况及复发率的影响。方法选取郑州市管城回族区人民医院在2018年5月至2019年4月收治的乳腺癌良性肿瘤患者共计130例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=65)与对照组(n=65),对照组给予传统手术治疗,观察组给予超声引导下麦默通微创手术治疗,比较两组患者手术指标及预后情况,统计病灶成功切除率、术后1年复发率及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、切口愈合时间、肩关节功能恢复时间较对照组明显更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术中出血量明显更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),手术瘢痕长度明显更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病灶成功切除率较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后1年复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率较对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下麦默通微创手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤患者可明显提高患者病灶成功切除率,改善预后指标,降低术后并发症发生率、复发率。

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive surgery on the successful resection rate,prognosis and recurrence rate of benign breast tumors in patients with benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 130 patients with benign breast cancer who were admitted to Guancheng Hui District People's Hospital of Zhengzhou City from May 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=65)and the control group(n=65)according to the random number table method.The control group was given traditional surgery,and the observation group was given ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive surgery.The surgical indicators and prognosis of the two groups were compared,and the successful resection rate,1-year postoperative recurrence rate and complication rate were counted.Results The operation time,incision healing time and shoulder joint function recovery time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less(P<0.05),and the surgical scar length was significantly shorter(P<0.05).The successful resection rate of lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate at 1 year between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Mamotome minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with benign breast tumors can significantly increase the successful resection rate,improve prognostic indicators,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence.
