感觉统合治疗改善青少年抑郁症的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Sensory Integration Therapy on Adolescent Depression

目的对青少年抑郁症患者采用感觉统合治疗的效果进行观察。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月期间河南省濮阳市南乐县精神病医院精神科106例青少年抑郁症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=53,药物治疗)与观察组(n=53,药物治疗+感觉统合治疗),对比两组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁焦虑自评量表(SDS)评分、症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分、失眠严重度指数(ISI)评分、自我伤害量表评分及临床疗效评量表(CGI-SI)评分及不良反应情况进行对比。结果治疗后观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SCL-90量表评分、ISI指数评分、自我伤害量表评分及CGI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感觉统合治疗方法在青少年抑郁症患者治疗中应用,对患者心理状态有明显改善效果,有利于患者抑郁症状及生活质量的改善,治疗方法安全可靠,值得应用。

Objective To observe the effect of sensory integration therapy on adolescent depression patient.Methods A total of 106 adolescent depression patients in the Nanle Psychiatric Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=53,drug therapy)and observation group(n=53,drug therapy+sensory integration therapy)according to the random number table method.The two groups were compared before and after treatment with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating depression scale(SDS),Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Self-Harm Scale(SHS)and the Clinical Outcome Scale(COS).The scores on the Clinical Global Impression(CGI-SI)and adverse effects were compared.Results After treatment,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,scl-90 scale score,ISI index score,self-injury scale score and CGI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sensory integration therapy in the treatment of adolescent depression patients has a significant effect on the psychological state of the patients and is conducive to the improvement of their depressive symptoms and quality of life.The treatment is safe and reliable and worth of applying.
