加减独活寄生汤对膝关节置换患者平衡能力的影响

Effect of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on Balance Ability of Patients with Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨膝关节置换患者采用加减独活寄生汤治疗对其平衡能力及膝关节功能的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2020年7月河南省直第三人民医院接受治疗的120例膝关节置换患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60)与对照组(n=60),对照组采用常规消炎、补液治疗,观察组采用加减独活寄生汤进行治疗,对两组治疗前后平衡能力评分、膝关节功能评分、血清炎症因子水平及不良反应发生率进行对比。结果治疗后观察组平衡能力评价分数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者膝关节功能评价分数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及红细胞沉降率(ESR)显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗相关不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在膝关节置换患者的临床治疗中,加减独活寄生汤的使用有着显著效果,对患者平衡能力、膝关节功能的恢复有着积极的促进作用,且能够有效减轻机体炎症反应,降低患者不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of adding and subtracting Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on balance ability and knee function in the clinical treatment of patients with knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 120 patients with knee arthroplasty treated in the third people’s hospital directly under the central government of Henan Province from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The control group was treated with routine anti-inflammatory and fluid supplement treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction,The balance ability score,knee function score,serum inflammatory factor level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the balance ability evaluation score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after treatment,the knee joint function evaluation score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of treatment-related adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with knee arthroplasty,the use of modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction has a significant effect,plays a positive role in promoting the recovery of patients’balance ability and knee function,and can effectively reduce the body’s inflammatory reaction and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
