优质护理在腹腔镜小儿疝修补术中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of High Quality Nursing in Laparoscopic Hernia Repair in Children

目的分析优质护理在腹腔镜小儿疝修补术中的应用价值。方法筛查郑州大学附属儿童医院自2021年2月至2022年2月收治的70例行腹腔镜疝修补术治疗的手术患儿作为研究对象,采用医学研究随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。给予对照组手术室护理常规,试验组应用手术室优质护理,对比两组护理措施施用前后对患儿的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分、护理满意度、围手术期并发症发生率及住院时间。结果护理前,试验组和对照组患儿焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后试验组的焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分降低幅度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿围手术期并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜疝修补术治疗的患儿施行手术室综合护理干预,是改善患儿负性情绪,提升护理满意度、提升预后安全性,确保患儿尽早康复的可行性方法。

Objective To analyze the application value of high quality nursing in laparoscopic hernia repair in children.Methods A total of 70 children who underwent laparoscopic herniorrhaphy in Children's Hospital affiliated to Zhengzhou University from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the experimental group was given high-quality operating room nursing.Compared the two groups of nursing measures before and after the application of anxiety,depression mood score,total effective rate of nursing,perioperative complications and hospital stay,etc.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety scores and depression scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group had a higher reduction range,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of perioperative complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room for children undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair is a feasible method to improve negative emotions,improve nursing satisfaction,improve prognostic safety and ensure early recovery of children,which is worth vigorously promoting.
