品管圈活动应用于手外伤患者对依从性及手指关节活动度的影响

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Compliance and Finger Joint Mobility in Patients with Hand Trauma

目的探讨品管圈活动应用于手外伤患者对依从性及手指关节活动度的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月南阳市中心医院手外伤患者132例,按照随机数字表法分为常规组(n=66例)和观察组(n=66例)。其中常规组采用常规护理,观察组在常规组的基础上实施品管圈活动,记录并对比分析两组的依从性以及主动手指关节活动度、生活质量量表测评(GQOL-74评分)。结果观察组患者依从率(95.45%)高于常规组(80.30%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前主动手指关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与护理前对比,护理后两组患者的主动手指关节活动度均升高,且观察组患者的主动手指关节活动度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组GQOL-74评分高于护理前,且观察组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动应用于手外伤患者,不仅可提高治疗依从率,还可以改善手指关节活动度,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on compliance and finger joint mobility in patients with hand injury.Methods A total of 132 patients with hand trauma in Nanyang Central Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into routine group(n=66 cases)and observation group(n=66 cases)according to random number table method.The routine group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group carried out quality control circle activities on the basis of the routine group.The compliance,finger joint activity and quality of life scale(GQOL-74 score)of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The compliance rate of observation group(95.45%)was higher than that of conventional group(80.30%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in active finger range of motion between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).Compared with before nursing,active finger range of motion in the two groups after nursing was increased,and active finger range of motion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gQOL-74 score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity in patients with hand trauma can not only improve the treatment compliance rate,but also improve the range of motion of finger joints and improve the quality of life of patients.
