风光储一体化综合能源系统柔性调度策略 被引量:6

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING STRATEGY FOR INTEGRATED ENERGY SYSTEMS WITH WIND-PV-ENERGY STORAGE

摘要 随着中国快速推进可再生能源的利用与新型电力系统的发展,解决综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)面临的负荷与可再生能源输出功率之间不平衡的问题成为首要任务,这需要在提高IES能源利用率的同时提升其运行的灵活性。基于此,构建了一种集可再生能源输出功率不确定性模型、柔性负荷模型和储能设备模型为一体的工业园区风光储一体化IES模型,首先利用蒙特卡洛模拟法与K-means聚类算法生成典型的可再生能源输出功率场景,然后以风光储一体化IES模型的运行成本最低为目标构建目标函数,最后利用商业求解器CPLEX对模型进行求解。仿真结果表明:风光储一体化IES模型能够有效提升IES的运行经济性及其可再生能源消纳能力,为实现各类能源的协同调度与统一规划提供了理论参考。 With the rapid advancement of the utilization of renewable energy and the development of new power systems in China,solving the problem of the imbalance between the load and the output power of renewable energy of the integrated energy system(IES)has become the primary task,which requires improving the energy utilization rate of IES while simultaneously improve the flexibility of its operation.Based on this,this paper constructs an IES model of wind-PV-energy storage in industrial park,which integrates the uncertainty model of renewable energy output power,the flexible load model and the energy storage equipment model.Firstly,a typical renewable energy output power scenario is generated by Monte Carlo simulation and K-means clustering.Secondly,the objective function is constructed with the lowest IES model operation cost as the goal.Finally,the model is solved by CPLEX commercial solver.The simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the operating economy of IES and the renewable energy consumption capacity of the system,which provides a theoretical reference for realizing the cooperative scheduling and unified planning of various energy sources.
