基于心理测评的医护人员心理健康问题防范探讨

Discussion on Prevention of Mental Health Problems of Medical Staff Based on Psychological Evaluation

针对当下医护人员心理健康问题,总结分析其影响因素,以心理测评为主要解决方式探讨了其可行性以及具体的实施细则且对于已在职存在心理健康问题的人员提出了相应的解决措施。但上述探索以及解决措施有待在实践中检验其具体的效果。

In view of the current mental health problems of medical staff,this article summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors,and discusses the feasibility and specific implementation rules of psychological evaluation as the main solution,and proposes corresponding solution measures for the employed staff with mental health problems.However,the effect of above exploration and solution measures need to be tested in practice.
