目的:分析门诊西药房高危药品安全性管理的有效措施,探索保障用药安全性的关键点。方法:回顾与分析广东省信宜市人民医院门诊西药房在2020年1-12月31种高危药品的使用情况,总计27920例,统计用药安全性的保障措施,从根源上处理高危药品安全管理潜在问题。结果:经过具体的问卷调查统计,21例工作者高危药品摆放科学评分、明确高危药品特征评分、按照管理规章选取高危药品评分、意识到高危药品安全管理重要性评分、结合要求发放药品评分、强调药品用量合理性评分,各项目分数均达到优异标准,说明高危药品管理的工作效果比较显著。结论:门诊西药房内的高危药品较大程度上影响到患者身体健康,所以,需要在高危药品具体管理中贯彻安全性原则,采取有效的措施强化高危药品安全性保障,如对高危药品进行管理目录设置、优化高危药品管理机制、确保高危药品管理流程足够规范化、注重工作者的素质与能力培养等,带动医学领域的进步与发展。

Objective:To analyze the effective measures for the safety management of high-risk drugs in outpatient pharmacy,and explore the key points to ensure the safety of drug use.Methods:The use of 31 kinds of high-risk drugs in outpatient pharmacy of Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 was reviewed and analyzed,with a total number of 27920 cases.The safeguard measures of drug use safety were counted,and the potential problems of high-risk drug safety management were radically solved.Results:After a specific questionnaire survey and statistics,the scores of 21 personnel on scientifically placing high-risk drug,identifying high-risk drug characteristics,selecting high-risk drug according to management regulations,realizing the importance of high-risk drug safety management,releasing drug according to requirements,emphasizing the rationality of drug dosage reached the excellent standards,indicating that the effect of high-risk drug management is relatively significant.Conclusion:The high-risk drugs in outpatient pharmacy affect the health of patients to a large extent,so it is necessary to implement the safety principle in the specific management of high-risk drugs,and take effective measures to strengthen the safety guarantee of high-risk drugs,such as establishing the management directory of high-risk drugs,optimizing the management mechanism of high-risk drugs,ensuring that the management process of high-risk drugs is standardized enough,paying attention to the quality and ability training of workers,and promote the progress and development of medical field.
