阿司匹林和低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy Study of Aspirin and Low Molecular Heparin in Treatment of Habitual Abortion

目的:探究阿司匹林和低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效研究。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年8月郴州市第一人民医院妇产科收治的60例习惯性流产患者作为本次试验的受试者。将以上所有参加试验的患者进行打乱重组,分为试验组30例,给予阿司匹林和低分子肝素联合使用;对照组30例,给予单一的阿司匹林药物干预。比对两组病人的效果、妊娠结局、不良反应以及对治疗方式的满意率。结果:试验组的各项治疗效果明显优于对照组;试验组妊娠结局明显优于对照组;试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组;试验组对治疗方式的满意率明显高于对照组;试验组患者的治疗恢复情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对习惯性流产患者的治疗,联合使用两种药物,可以提升治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin and low molecular heparin in the treatment of habitual abortion.Methods:Sixty patients with habitual abortion admitted to the First People's Hospital of Chenzhou between June 2020 and August 2021 were selected as the subjects of this trial.All the above patients participating in the trial were shuffled and divided into the experimental group,in which 30 patients were given a combination of aspirin and low molecular heparin;and the control group,in which 30 patients were given single aspirin intervention.The patient's effect,pregnancy outcomes,adverse reactions and satisfaction rate with the treatment modality were compared between two groups.Results:The treatment effects of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group;the pregnancy outcomes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the satisfaction rate with the treatment modality of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the recovery of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the treatment of habitual abortion patients,the combination of two drugs can improve the treatment effect and deserve clinical promotion and application.
