传统开腹阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Traditional Open Appendectomy in Treatment of Appendicitis

目的:分析传统开腹阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的临床效果。方法:选取费县梁邱中心卫生院收治的急性阑尾炎患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组患者实施保守治疗,观察组患者实施传统开腹阑尾切除术治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、临床指标和治疗前后的生活质量。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的各项临床指标时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的各项生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:传统开腹阑尾切除术治疗阑尾炎的效果显著,能够有效改善患者的病情,且具有较高的治疗有效率,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of traditional open appendectomy on treating appendicitis.Methods:Eighty patients with acute appendicitis admitted to Feixian Liangqiu Center Health Center were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conservative treatment,while the experimental group was given traditional open appendectomy.The therapeutic effects,clinical indicators and quality of life before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of each clinical indicator in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional open appendectomy is effective in the treatment of appendicitis,it can effectively improve the patient's condition,and has a high effective rate of treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
