慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者实施联合治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Combined Therapy in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探究慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者实施布地奈德与特布他林联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年5月潜江市老新卫生院收治的AECOPD患者80例,采用随机方式分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组采取布地奈德与特布他林联合治疗,比较两组患者肺功能指标、血气分析指标、呼吸困难评分和治疗效果。结果:观察组经治疗后,肺功能指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2)、呼吸困难评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德与特布他林联合治疗用于AECOPD患者中,疗效十分显著,且能够改善其肺功能指标和血气分析指标,改善患者呼吸困难症状。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of budesonide and terbutaline in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:Eighty patients with AECOPD admitted to Qianjiang Laoxin Health Center from October 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received the combined treatment of budesonide and terbutaline.The pulmonary function indexes,blood gas analysis indexes,dyspnea score and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PaO_(2),PaCO_(2) and dyspnea score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of budesonide and terbutaline in patients with AECOPD has a very significant effect,and can improve the pulmonary function indexes and blood gas analysis indexes,and improve the symptoms of dyspnea.
