金水六君煎加减和铂类化疗在非小细胞肺癌中的治疗效果

Efficacy of Modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction and Platinum Chemotherapy in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:研究金水六君煎加减联合铂类化疗对非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年7月桃源县中医医院收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法的原则分为对照组和观察组,各40例。其中对照组采用铂类化疗进行治疗,观察组采用金水六君煎加减联合铂类化疗进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后不良反应、临床效果、中医证候评分以及免疫指标进行比较。结果:治疗后,两组患者均取得一定的治疗效果,观察组采用金水六君煎加减联合铂类化疗进行治疗的效果更好。观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率及中医证候评分低于对照组,免疫功能指标优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗方案采取金水六君煎加减联合铂类化疗的临床效果比较好,患者的临床症状得到明显的改善,相关不良反应的发生率更低,患者的生活质量得到明显的提升。

Objective:To study the treatment effect of modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction and platinum chemotherapy in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Taoyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with platinum chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction and platinum chemotherapy.The adverse reaction,clinical effect,TCM syndrome score and immune indexes of patients were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,both groups of patients achieved a certain therapeutic effect,but the observation group treated with modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction combined with platinum chemotherapy achieved better effect.The clinical treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reaction and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The immune function index in the observation group was better than that in the control group.The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment regimen of modified Jinshui Liujun Decoction combined with platinum chemotherapy has good clinical effect in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.The clinical symptoms of patients have been significantly improved,the incidence of related adverse reaction effects is lower,and the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved.
