个体化康复护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复中的应用

Application of Individualized Rehabilitation Nursing in Rehabilitation of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探究于急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复中运用个体化康复护理干预的效果分析。方法:选择临沭县人民医院2020年1月-2021年6月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者70例,按照随机双盲的方法将患者均分为两组,对照组运用常规康复护理干预,观察组则开展个体化康复护理干预,对比两组患者神经功能缺损状况(NIHSS评分)、认知功能障碍水平(MMSE评分)、日常生活能力(BI指数)评分、上下肢运动功能(Fugl-Meyer评分)以及各维度生存质量(SF-36)评分。结果:护理前,两组脑卒中患者NIHSS评分、MMSE评分以及BI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低,MMSE评分、BI指数及Fugl-Meyer评分均分别较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且在各维度生存质量评分方面,与对照组相比,研究组明显更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复中运用个体化康复护理干预的效果确切,能够有效地改善其神经功能,并提升肢体运动功能,以利于患者生活自理能力和预后生存质量的提升,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention in the rehabilitation of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:From January 2020 to June 2021,70 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in Linshu County People's Hospital were selected.According to randomization double-blind method,the patients were equally divided into two groups.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group was given individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention.Neurological deficits(NIHSS score),cognitive dysfunction(MMSE score),daily living ability(BI index)score,upper and lower limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer score)and the score of quality of life in all dimensions(SF-36)of patients in two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,NIHSS score,MMSE score and BI index of stroke patients showed no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the MMSE score,BI index and Fugl-Meyer score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of quality of life in all dimensions in the study group was significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the rehabilitation of patients with acute ischemic stroke,the application effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention is obvious,it can effectively improve their neurological function and enhance limb motor function,and is conductive to the improvement of the patient’s self-care ability and prognosis quality of life,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
