早期康复护理对脑出血患者术后神经功能恢复及生活质量的影响分析

Effect Analysis of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Neurological Recovery and Quality of Life in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探究于脑出血术后患者临床护理中运用早期康复护理的效果,以及对其神经功能恢复和生活质量的影响。方法:选择临沭县人民医院2019年2月-2021年2月接受手术治疗的脑出血患者72例,按随机双盲法分为两组,一组为术后运用常规护理的对照组,另一组则为术后运用早期康复护理的研究组,对比两组患者护理后神经缺损功能(NIHSS)评分、肢体运动功能(FMA)评分、日常生活能力(Barthel指数)评分焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分,同时对其社会功能、物质生活、心理健康及躯体健康各项生活质量进行比较。结果:护理后,研究组NIHSS评分及SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,而FMA评分及Barthel评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且护理后研究组社会功能、物质生活、心理健康及躯体健康评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑出血术后患者临床护理中运用早期康复护理的效果确切,可促进患者神经功能及肢体运动功能的恢复,改善其心理负性情绪,进而提升其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery,and its influence on neurological recovery and quality of life.Methods:A total of 72 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received surgical treatment in Linshu County People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to randomization double-blind method.The control group was given conventional nursing after surgery,and the study group was given early rehabilitation nursing after surgery.The neurological deficit function(NIHSS)score,limb motor function(FMA)score,activity of daily living(Barthel index)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of patients after nursing were compared between the two groups.The scores of their quality of life in social function,material life,mental health and physical health were compared.Results:After nursing,the NIHSS score,SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,while the FMA score and Barthel score were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of social function,material life,mental health and physical health of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early rehabilitation nursing in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery has accurate effect,which can promote the recovery of neurological function and limb motor function of patients,improve their psychological negative emotions,and accordingly improve their quality of life.
