同伴互助模式在社区高血压患者自我管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Peer Mutual Aid Model in Self-Management of Community Hypertensive Patients

目的:探讨同伴互助模式在社区高血压患者自我管理中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年5月-2021年5月300例万寿路社区卫生服务中心原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组为对照组(150例)和观察组(150例),对照组实施常规管理,观察组则给予互助小组管理,观察两组患者的健康行为依从性和血压控制情况。结果:干预后,观察组健康行为依从性各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者的血压情况与干预前比较明显降低,且观察组的下降更低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压的患者进行互助模式能够提高患者治疗的依从性严格根据医嘱进行服药,将血压控制在适宜的范围内能够尽早地控制患者的病情,帮助患者提高自我管理的能力。

Objective:To explore the application value of peer mutual aid model in the self-management of hypertensive patients in the community.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2021,300 patients with essential hypertension in the Wanshou Road Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(150 cases)and observation group(150 cases).The control group received routine management,and the observation group received mutual aid group management.The health behavior compliance and blood pressure control of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of health behavior compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood pressure of patients in the two groups was significantly lower than that before the intervention,and the decrease in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mutual aid model for hypertensive patients can improve the treatment compliance of patients for strictly taking medicines according to doctor's orders,controlling blood pressure within an appropriate range can control the patient's condition as soon as possible,and help patients improve their self-management ability.
