摘要 采用HR催化剂对丙烯进行淤浆聚合,利用等规指数、DSC测试等考察了聚合条件对催化剂聚合时丙烯单体吸收速率、聚合活性、聚合速率衰减以及所制备聚丙烯(PP)性能的影响,并与DQC催化剂进行了对比。实验结果表明,随聚合温度的升高,聚合反应速率衰减逐渐加快,聚合活性、PP的等规指数和熔点均先增大后下降。随HR催化剂用量的增加,丙烯单体吸收速率、聚合活性和PP的熔点先上升后下降,聚合反应速率衰减变化不大。随活化剂用量的增大,丙烯单体吸收速率和聚合活性先上升后下降,聚合反应速率衰减加快,PP的等规指数下降。随外给电子体用量的增大,丙烯单体吸收速率和聚合活性下降,聚合反应速率衰减加快,PP的等规指数和熔点上升。与DQC催化剂相比,HR催化剂催化丙烯聚合的聚合活性更高、聚合速率衰减更缓慢、PP的等规指数更高。 HR catalyst was used for propylene slurry polymerization.The effects of polymerization conditions on the absorption rate of propylene monomer,polymerization activity,the decay of polymerization rate and properties of polypropylene(PP)were investigated by isotactic index and DSC,and the results were compared with those of DQC catalyst.The experimental results show that with the increase of polymerization temperature,the decay of polymerization rate accelerated gradually,and the polymerization activity,isotactic index and melting point of PP increased first and then decreased.With the increase of HR catalyst dosage,the absorption rate of propylene monomer,polymerization activity and melting point of PP increased first and then decreased,and the decay of polymerization rate had little change.With the increase of the cocatalyst amount,the absorption rate and polymerization activity of propylene monomer increased first and then decreased,the decay of polymerization rate accelerated,and the isotactic index of PP decreased.With the increase of donor-C amounts,the absorption rate and polymerization activity of propylene monomer decreased,the decay of polymerization rate accelerated,and the isotactic index and melting point of PP increased.Compared with the DQC catalyst,the HR catalyst has higher polymerization activity,slower decay of polymerization rate,and higher isotactic index of PP.
