摘要
聚丙烯(PP)发泡材料有着优异的综合性能,价格低廉且利于节能环保,在发泡材料中产量增速最快。目前,PP发泡材料已广泛应用于物流包装、汽车工业等领域。对PP挤出物理发泡工艺及其相关设备进行了简介,介绍了发泡剂的分类并比较了优缺点,概述了高熔体强度PP树脂的4种制备方法,最后阐述了常用于PP发泡的4类添加剂,全方面介绍了PP挤出物理发泡技术近年来的研究进展,并对PP挤出物理发泡材料的发展进行了展望。
Polypropylene(PP)foams have excellent comprehensive performance,moderate price and are conducive to environmental protection.Hence,the output growth rate of PP foams is the fastest in foams.At present,PP foams have been used extensively in logistics packing,automobile industry and other fields.This review describes the extrusion physical foaming process and the related equipment.The classification and characteristics of blowing agents will be introduced.It summarizes four kinds of production methods of high melt strength PP resin.At last the paper expounds four kinds of additives which are frequently used in PP foaming,and comprehensively introduces the research progress of PP extrusion physical foaming technology in recent years.The future development of PP extrusion physical foaming materials will also be summarized and prospected in this article.
