摘要 船舶底边舱位置长期受到波浪冲击载荷的作用,为了保证底边舱折角位置的结构极限强度和疲劳强度,在进行结构设计时必须要保证腹板、面板等结构件的强度准则。本文基于有限元分析技术进行船舶底边舱折角位置的结构优化设计,介绍优化流程,分别对折角处板材等结构进行设计,最后结合有限元仿真软件Workbench进行了强度仿真。 The position of the bottom side tank of the ship is affected by the wave impact load for a long time. In order to ensure the structural ultimate strength and fatigue strength of the corner position of the bottom side tank, the strength criteria of structural members such as web and panel must be ensured in the structural design. Based on the finite element analysis technology, this paper carries out the structural optimization design of the corner position of the bottom side cabin of the ship, introduces the optimization process, designs the plate and other structures at the corner respectively, and finally carries out the strength simulation combined with the finite element simulation software Workbench.
