摘要 目的 全面梳理高原病发展历程和现状,为我国高原病的深入研究提供参考。方法 以Web of Science数据库中收录的高原病文献数据为研究对象,采用文献计量学、科学知识图谱方法进行分析。结果 近年高原病相关文献数量不断增加;热点研究领域集中在急性高山病主题、预防、危险因子、死亡率等;2007年为重要的时间节点,多位作者发文量大,年引用量大,其中以国外学者发文居多;1942、1949、1962、1968、1969、1976年的文献年均引文量均较高,该年度均有重要文献发表;我国以中国科学院和陆军军医大学在高原病研究领域最具影响力。结论通过知识图谱方法分析高原病研究脉络具有科学、全面、客观等优势,但存在数据量庞大、混杂因素多、人工筛选有误差等缺点,可作为某学科领域的初步分析方法,为深入系统研究奠定基础。 Objective To make an in-depth analysis of the evolution of research on altitude sickness,and provide reference for more intensive studies on altitude sickness in China. Methods The related literature on altitude sickness retrieved from the Web of Science database was studied before bibliometrics and scientific knowledge mapping methods were employed for analysis. Results In recent years,the amount of literature related to altitude sickness has been increasing. Current research centers on acute mountain sickness,prevention,risk factors and mortality. 2007 was an important year,in which a large number of related articles were published,mainly by foreign authors,and the citation index was quite high. The annual average citations of literature in 1942,1949,1962,1968,1969,and 1976 were also high,thanks to the publication of a large number of high-quality articles. In China,Chinese Academy of Sciences and Army Medical University are the most influential research institutions in the field of altitude sickness. Conclusion The knowledge mapping method,when used to analyze the evolution of research on altitude sickness,has proved to be scientific,comprehensive,and objective,but it also has some disadvantages,such as the involvement of a huge amount of data,mixture of multiple factors,and manual selection errors. Therefore,it can be used as a method for preliminary analysis in an area before in-depth and systematic research is conducted.
