摘要 新发突发性传染病防控中病毒快速检测至关重要。传统的病毒检测方法存在实验操作复杂、实验环境要求高和检测周期长等不足,目前的发展趋势为即时检测,操作简单、检测周期短、无需复杂的仪器设备,有利于基层和偏远、资源匮乏地区开展。该文主要综述了病毒现场快速检测技术及其应用研究进展。 In recent years,virus pathogens have caused many infectious diseases,such as novel coronavirus pneumonia,African swine fever and avian influenza. Classical testing methods are often time and labor intensive,costly,and dependent on sophisticated instrument and well-trained operators. Novel technologies in viral detection tend to be rapid,equipment-free and user-friendly,which is better for rapid testing in field usage and in remote and resource-poor areas.This paper reviews recent advances in novel point-of-care testing for viruses.
