摘要
全民健身与全民健康的融合研究的意义在于,在政治上,体现了中国共产党以人民为发展中心的执政理念;在经济上,带动了健康产业的发展,有利于维护社会安定。研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,分析了全民健身与全民健康融合面临的挑战、现实困境,从多方向研究具体的融合路径。融合面临的挑战包括:人口老龄化加快、医疗医药体制改革落后、卫生与健康领域投资过少;现实困境包括:协同管理机制模糊、政策缺位、专业人才缺失、全民健身社会组织匮乏、健康产业发展缓慢等;融合的具体路径:理念先行解决认知问题、深化体制改革破除体制与机制障碍、建立全民健康与全民健身政策法规、推动产业融合提高全民健身与全民健康的供给质量、科技创新、推动复合型人才培养。
The strategic significance of the research on the integration of national fitness and national health lies in the political embodiment of the CPC's ruling concept of taking the people as the development center.The economic impetus and social significance of health industry development increase social stability.This paper uses the method of reference,reference and logical analysis to analyze the practical difficulties involved in the project and the concrete realization of the faced by the integration of national fitness and national fitness,and the specific integration path in multiple directions.The challenges faced by the integration of national fitness and national health include:accelerating population aging,backward medical and pharmaceutical system reform,too little investment in health and health.The practical difficulties include:vague collaborative management mechanism,lack of policies,lack of professionals,lack of social organizations of national fitness,slow development of health industry,etc.The specific path of the integration of national health and national fitness.The concept first solves cognitive problems,deepens reform,solves system and mechanism obstacles,establishes national health and fitness policies and regulations,promotes industrial integration,improves the supply quality of national fitness and health,scientific and technological innovation,and promotes the cultivation of compound talents.
