摘要
运用访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对江苏省特殊体育教育教师专业化现状进行调查分析。结果表明,教师队伍呈年轻化、多元化特征;不同性别、专业背景、培训次数的教师专业化水平无显著差异,不同地域的教师专业化水平存在显著性差异,不同教龄的教师专业化水平存在非常显著性差异。研究提出了从入职前至入职后一体化的专业化发展路径,入职前:凝聚专业培养目标,加大有针对性的培养力度;入职:规范入职培训体系,提高培训效率;入职后:建立“三位一体”的专业化发展模式。
Using the methods of interview and questionnaire,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of specialization of special physical education teachers in Jiangsu Province.The results show that teachers are young and diversified;There is no significant difference in the professional level of teachers with different gender,professional background and training times.There are significant differences in the professional level of teachers in different regions,and there are very significant differenc in the professional level of teachers with different teaching ages.Put forward the professional development path from pre service to post service integration.Pre service:condense the professional training objectives and strengthen the targeted training;Induction:standardize the induction training system and improve the training efficiency;After service:establish a trinity professional development model.
