适应期员工职业成熟度对职业发展成功的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Employees’Career Maturity on their Career Success in the Adaptation Period

为研究适应期员工职业成熟度对职业发展成功的影响机制,采用问卷法对员工进行调查,研究结果表明:适应期员工的职业适应能力、职业发展成功与工作年限呈显著正相关,职业成熟度与职业适应能力、职业发展成功呈显著正相关,职业适应能力与职业发展成功显著正相关,职业适应能力在职业成熟度与职业发展成功间起部分中介作用。

University graduates were investigated by using a scale to study the influence mechanism of university graduates’vocational maturity on their career success in the adaptation period.The results show that in the adjustment period,the professional ability to adapt,and career success are significantly and positively related to working life,career maturity and vocational adaptability significantly and positively related to career success,and vocational adaptability significantly and positively related to career success.Besides,professional adaptability plays a partial intermediary role between career maturity and career success.
