试论“四不三问”靶向式教学的内涵、性质与策略——以高中语文教学实践为例 被引量:1

摘要 “四不三问”靶向式教学,从教师专业技能、教学实效性、学生参与度、教学价值取向、学科核心素养、学生学情和教学传播效果等七个维度,形成教学问题的诊疗分析框架,对教学进行精准把脉和施策,具有可行性、实践性、科学性和先进性的特点。以高中语文教学为例,从“夯实专业基础,提升教学实效”“策动‘内敛’学生,全班携手共进”“立足学情实际,激发学习兴趣”“聚焦核心素养,促进全面发展”四个方面阐释“四不三问”靶向式教学的具体意涵和实施策略,对于有效提升教学质量具有重要意义。 “Four Noes and Three Asking”targeted teaching,forms the diagnosis and treatment analysis framework of teaching problems,from 7 dimensions:the teacher professional skills,teaching effectiveness,student participation,teaching value orientation,core academic literacy,student learning and communication effect of teaching,and is featured by feasibility,practicality,being scientific and advanced.Taking the teaching of Chinese in high schools as an example,this paper explains the specific meaning and implementation strategy of the targeted teaching of“Four Noes and Three Asking”from the four aspects:“consolidating the professional foundation and improving the teaching effectiveness”,“instigating introverted students for the progress of the whole class”,“stimulating learning interest,based on the actual learning situation”and“focusing on the core quality and promoting all-round development”and its great significance in improving the teaching quality.
