以“战救技术充电屋”为依托的自助训练模式构建与应用研究

Construction and Application of a Self-help Training Mode Based on "Combat Rescue Skills Charging Hut"

目的 积极探索一套部队官兵利用课余时间自发训练、各练所需的战救技术自助训练模式。方法 借鉴“Kiosk”自助服务理念,在作者大学人流密集的室外场所搭建“战救技术充电屋”;本组学员在课余时间前往该屋,利用教学视频、训练器材与反馈模型开展战救技术的自助式学习、练习和复习;比较其与以往集中训练学员战救技术考核通过率,以及调查其对自助训练模式的质量评价。结果 自助训练组止血、包扎、固定技术的考核通过率与集中训练组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05),但其气道管理、担架搬运和心肺复苏的考核通过率更高(P<0.05);本组学员对自助训练模式给予了积极评价。结论 该模式在一定程度上突破了训练瓶颈,提升了战救训练成效。今后应聚焦需求,深化自助训练研发;立足应用,完善自助训练模式。

Objective To explore a set of self-help training mode of combat rescue skills for officers and soldiers to use their spare time to spontaneously train and meet thier own training need.Methods The self-service concept of "Kiosk" was referenced,and "combat rescue skills charging hut" was built in the crowded outdoor place in author′s university.The students of this study went to the charging hut in their spare time to learn,practice and review combat rescue skills by themselves using teaching videos,training equipments and feedback models.The passing rate of the combat rescue skills were compared between the self-help training group and the previous centralized training group,and the quality evaluation of self-help training mode was investigated by questionnaire.Results The passing rates between the two groups in regard of hemostasis,bandaging and fixation skills were not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the passing rates of airway management,stretcher handling and cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the self-help training group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The students of this study gave a positive evaluation to the self-help training model.Conclusion This mode breaks the bottleneck of training to a certain extent and improves the effectiveness of combat rescue training.In the future,we should focus on the demand to deepen the research related to the self-help training and to improve the self-help training mode according to the application.
