银杏内酯B缓解急性缺氧所致大脑损伤保护机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 近年来,随着高原作业及突发事件兵力运送等急进高原任务的增多,应对低氧分压环境下活动而产生急性脑损伤的需求日益突出。稳定的氧供是维持机体正常功能所必需,大脑作为高耗氧器官对氧供的依赖尤为紧密,大脑急性缺氧易致机体产生严重损伤。因此,针对减轻急性缺氧所致大脑神经元损伤的机制及预防药物研究一直是临床医学关注的热点。
