摘要
在精制糖的生产过程中,为了得到稳定的精制糖产品往往需对糖浆进行脱色处理,本项目设计了一套稳定的离交系统,包括能连续高效处理糖液的脱色系统和回收利用自水的纳滤系统。通过对脱色及纳滤系统的运行跟踪记录,发现设计的脱色及纳滤系统合理、稳定,对不同品质的糖浆脱色率都可达80%左右,最终的产品色值也全部满足精制糖产品品质要求;纳滤系统的污水排放量仅为再生废水的12%,NaCl消耗量也仅为制备新鲜再生卤水用量的三分之一,本项目的顺利实施为精制糖的生产提供一条安全、稳定、绿色的脱色方案。
In order to obtain stable refined sugar in the production process,it often need to decolorize the syrup in the production,this project designed a stable ion exchange system,including the continuous and efficient treatment of sugar liquid decolorization system and the recovery of brine nanofiltration system.Through tracking the operation of decolorization and nanofiltration system,it is found that the designed system is reasonable and stable,and the decolorization rate of syrup of different quality can reach about 80%,and the final color value of products all meet the quality requirements of refined sugar products.The sewage discharge of the nanofiltration system is only 12%of the reclaimed wastewater,and the consumption of NaCl is only one third of that of the preparation of fresh reclaimed brine.The implementation of this project provides a safe,stable and green decolorization scheme for the production of refined sugar.
