摘要
中国电力工业的迅速发展和国家经济结构的调整,使得许多电厂锅炉燃用非设计煤种,给电厂锅炉安全、稳定运行带来一系列问题。因此研究电厂锅炉燃用非设计煤种的安全性和经济性,对提升锅炉煤种适应性具有重要意义。煤种适应性改造能够提高电厂锅炉燃用非设计煤种的安全性和经济性,提升锅炉煤种适应性。通过分析入炉煤质与原设计煤质出现大幅偏差对锅炉燃烧系统的影响,结合工程实例,对锅炉燃烧系统的改造进行了详细的技术经济性分析,对同类机组有重要的指导意义。
The rapid development of China's electric power industry and the adjustment of national economic structure make many power plant boilers burn non-designed coal,which brings a series of problems for the safe and stable operation of power plant boilers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safety and economy of burning non-designed coal in power plant boilers and improve the adaptability of boiler coal.The coal adaptability modification can improve the safety and economy of the boiler burning the non-designed coal and improve the adaptability of the boiler coal.In this paper,by analyzing the influence of the large deviation between the quality of coal entering the furnace and that of the original design,and combining with engineering examples,a detailed technical and economic analysis of the modification of the boiler combustion system was carried out,which has important guiding significance for similar units.
