摘要 以青洼煤矿3^(#)煤层4315采煤工作面为例,在概述巷道掘进所揭露地质构造的基础上对原工作面回撤方案进行了优化,并对闭采及回撤工艺进行了分析探讨。结果表明,综采工作面快速回撤对于矿井顺利生产及其产量影响很大,通过优化回撤方案,加强通道支护、层位探测及加强过程组织,采用大功率支架搬运车等专用设备,实现了综采工作面快速、安全、高效回撤。 Taking 4315 coal mining face of the 3^(#)coal seam in Qingwa Coal Mine as an example,on the basis of summarizing the geological structure exposed by the roadway excavation,this paper optimized the original working face retraction plan,and carried out analysis and discussion on the closed mining and retraction process.The results show that the rapid retraction of the fully mechanized face has a great impact on the smooth production and output of the mine.By optimizing the retraction plan,strengthening the roadway support and horizon detection,strengthening the process organization,and using special equipment such as high-power support trucks,fast,safe and efficient retraction of fully mechanized mining face can be achieved.
