摘要
为解决煤矿综掘工作面的粉尘危害问题,在实践工作开展阶段应做好相对较为全面的分析,这样可以根据煤矿综掘实际情况进行优化与健全,合理地对多种工作进行规范处理,应用较为先进的综合降尘技术。这种技术的应用,可以改进单一降尘技术所存在的不足,煤层注水防尘、除尘风机及高压添加剂喷雾降尘技术的应用,能实现对多种技术的改进。对此,对一煤矿综掘工作阶段综合降尘技术的应用展开分析,并对其效果进行分析,以切实解决现存问题。
In order to solve the problem of dust hazard in fully mechanized excavation face of coal mines,relatively comprehensive analysis should be done in the stage of practical work,so as to optimize and improve according to the actual situation of fully mechanized excavation,standardize various work reasonably,and apply more advanced comprehensive dust removal technology.The application of this technology can improve the shortcomings of single dust removal technology.The application of coal water injection dust removal,dust removal fan and high-pressure additive spray dust removal technology can improve a variety of technologies more reliably.In this regard,this paper analyzed the application of comprehensive dust removal technology in the stage of fully mechanized excavation in a certain coal mine,and analyzed its effect,so as to effectively solve the existing problems.
