室内环境气溶胶生化危害因子监测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的监测不同室内环境中生物气溶胶浓度变化,为环境气溶胶监测积累数据。方法利用自主研发的全自动环境气溶胶生化危害监测系统,2020年11月连续3 d在会展中心监测生物气溶胶和氟化氢浓度,结合相同时间段内大兴国际机场的监测数据,比较会展中心和机场内生物气溶胶浓度及其与环境、温湿度及氟化氢浓度的关系。结果会展中心生物气溶胶浓度在500 ppl左右波动,而机场维持在10 ppl;在相对稳定环境下,环境温度由25.67℃升至30.87℃,湿度由20.34%降为17.90%时,1~5μm生物粒子浓度由570 ppl降至283 ppl,5μm以上生物粒子浓度由707 ppl降至360 ppl;在异常变化环境下,生物气溶胶浓度由273 ppl骤降为82 ppl,氟化氢浓度由0.48 ppm降至0.21 ppm,而后同步趋于稳定。结论会展中心生物气溶胶及氟化氢浓度较高;生物气溶胶浓度与环境温度呈负相关,与湿度正相关;在异常环境下,生物气溶胶浓度变化趋势与氟化氢一致。 Objective To monitor the change of biological aerosols concentration in different indoor environments,and to accumulate data for bioaerosols surveillance.Methods The concentrations of bioaerosol and hydrogen fluride were monitored from 3 days at an exhibition center by using the self-developed automatic environmental aerosol biochemical hazard monitoring system,November,2020.Combined with the daily monitoring data of Daxing International Airport during the same time,the concentration of bioaerosol and its relationship between the temperature,humidity and concentration of hydrogen fluride were analyzed.Results The concentration of bioaerosol in the exhibition center fluctuated around 500 ppl,while maintained at 10 ppl at airport.In a relatively stable environment,when the temperature gradually increased from 25.67℃to 30.87℃,and the humidity decreased from 20.34%to17.90%,the concentration of 1~5μm biological particles decreased from 570 ppl to 283 ppl,and the concentration of biological particles above 5μm decreased from 707 ppl to 360 ppl.In an abnormally changing environment,the bioaerosol concentration dropped from 273 ppl to 82 ppl,hydrogen fluride dropped from 0.48 ppm to 0.21 ppm,and then stabilized simultaneously.Conclusion The concentration of bioaerosol and hydrogen fluride in the exhibition center were all higher.The bioaerosol concentration was negatively correlated with temperature,but positively correlated with humidity.Under abnormal circumstances,the change trend of bioaerosol and hydrogen fluride concentration was consistent.
