新形势下输入性疟疾口岸防控对策探讨

Analysis of prevention and control countermeasures for imported malaria at ports in the new circumstances

疟疾是一种对人类健康构成极大威胁的热带传染病,仍在非洲等地区广泛传播。我国自2017年起已无疟疾本土病例报告,境外输入性疟疾成为我国维持和巩固消除疟疾成果的巨大挑战。本文从世界卫生组织、中国知网、国家统计局、飞常准网站检索数据,统计分析全球疟疾病例、报告国家分布、我国疟疾输入性病例、与非洲地区人员往来及民航班机构成情况,探讨针对性口岸输入防控对策。

Malaria is one of the tropical infectious diseases which pose a great threat to human health. The epidemic is still widespread in Africa. There was no indigenous malaria case in China since 2017. The imported malaria cases presented a significant challenge to maintenance and consolidate malaria elimination in China. The relevant data was retrieved from the website of World Health Organization,CNKI,National Bureau of Statistics,Variflight. Based on the statistical analysis about incidence and distribution of global malaria epidemic,distribution of imported malaria cases in China's Mainland,the inboard and outboard passengers and civilian flights between China and high-burden areas,the countermeasures about prevention and control for imported malaria cases at port were proposed.
