摘要
骨料作为混凝土的组成成分之一,其种类差异对混凝土的力学性能有很大影响。以玄武岩为研究对象,探究玄武岩替代部分灰岩骨料对混凝土力学性能的影响,结果表明玄武岩+灰岩骨料组合与全灰岩混凝土力学性能差异不大;就抗裂性能而言,全灰岩混凝土略高于玄武岩+灰岩组合,性能提升并不显著。但玄武岩为当地材料,获取方便、运输成本低,在满足工程要求前提下合理利用玄武岩可为实际工程创造巨大的经济效益。
As one of the components of concrete,aggregates have a great influence on the mechanical properties of concrete due to their different types.Taking basalt as the research object,this paper explores the influence of basalt replacing part of limestone aggregate on mechanical properties of concrete.The results show that the mechanical properties of basalt+limestone aggregate combination and total limestone concrete are not significantly different.As far as crack resistance is concerned,the performance of all-limestone concrete is slightly higher than that of the combination of basalt and limestone,and the performance improvement is not significant.However,as local material,basalt is easy to obtain and has low transportation cost.Reasonable use of basalt can create huge economic benefits for actual projects under the premise of meeting project requirements.
