摘要 西南地区地势陡峭,地形起伏较大,山区高速公路多穿梭于高山峡谷之间,普遍为桥隧相接设计,桥隧比高,路基短。山区高速公路受特殊地形限制,可作为露天T梁预制的场地少,运距远,既要满足工期要求,又要合理控制施工成本,因此T梁预制场地选址一直是山区高速公路建设的一大难题。通过使用隧道内制梁的施工方法,不仅可以更好地解决桥隧比高、受空间限制大等特殊地形下T梁预制施工困难的问题,而且能够减少施工成本投入,便于现场施工管理。 Southwest China is characterized by steep terrain and large relief.Mountainous Expressway shuttles between high mountains and valleys.It is generally designed for bridge-tunnel connection with high bridgetunnel ratio and short subgrade.The mountainous expressway is limited by special terrain,so it can be used as the prefabricated open T-beam with less space and long transportation distance.Site selection of T-beam prefabricated site has always been a major problem in highway construction in mountainous areas,since it is necessary to meet the requirements of construction period and reasonably control construction costs.By using the construction method of fabricated beam in tunnel,not only the difficult problem of T-beam prefabrication under special terrain such as high ratio of bridge to tunnel and large space restriction can be better solved,but also the construction cost can be reduced,which is convenient for on-site construction management.
