摘要
目前拱坝碾压混凝土施工技术已非常成熟,在确保安全、质量的前提下,进行碾压混凝土快速施工技术研究很有必要。结合马岭水利枢纽工程大坝施工,通过测量放线控制体型、翻模工艺实现连续上升、混凝土运输及入仓设备确保连续施工、碾压过程监控,保证施工质量等过程控制实现碾压混凝土拱坝快速施工技术。
At present,the construction technology of RCC for arch dam has been very mature.Under the premise of ensuring safety and quality,it is necessary to study the rapid construction technology of RCC.In combination with the construction of the dam of Maling Hydraulic Complex Project,continuous rise,concrete transportation and warehousing equipment are ensured by measuring and laying-out control body shape,mold turning process to ensure continuous construction and monitoring of rolling process.It guarantees the construction quality and other process control to realize the rapid construction technology of RCC arch dam.
