摘要
依托云南以礼河四级电站复建工程破碎地层出线竖井工程,分析了地质条件对竖井掘进机类型、破岩刀具和设备参数的影响,从竖井掘进机类型、破岩系统、旋转驱动系统、支撑推进系统、辅助系统等方面开展了竖井掘进机的选型设计。竖井掘进机实际施工效果表明,竖井掘进机施工效率较高、施工效果较好,说明了竖井掘进机选型设计的合理性。
Based on the reconstruction project of Yilihe IV Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province,this paper analyses the influence of geological conditions on the type of shaft boring machine,rock breaking tools and equipment parameters.In this paper,the selection and design of shaft boring machine is also carried out from the aspects of type of shaft boring machine,rock breaking system,rotary drive system,support and propulsion system,auxiliary system.The actual construction effect of the shaft boring machine shows that the construction efficiency of the shaft boring machine is high and the construction effect is good,which indicates the rationality of lectotype design of shaft boring machine.
