与分包商、供应商构建“亲清”新型合作关系有助于营造积极、健康、向上的合作环境,有助于企业持续转作风、塑造健康的企业形象,有助于实现双方共赢和企业提质增效。以中国电建凯里环城高速公路北段PPP项目与分包商、供应商构建“亲清”新型合作关系的实例,对构建“亲清”新型合作关系进行了有益实践。

Constructing a new type of close and clear cooperation relationship with subcontractors and suppliers is helpful to create a positive,healthy and upward cooperation environment,to create a healthy corporate image,to achieve win-win situation for both parties and to improve enterprise quality and efficiency.Taking PPP project of north section of Kaili Ring-City Expressway of Power China as an example,this paper provides beneficial practice to construct a new type of close and clear cooperation relationship with subcontractors and suppliers.
