摘要
采用显微组织观察、硬度测试、冲击试验等方法,研究了不同温度淬火、回火工艺对4Cr2Mo3WV模具钢组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:淬火态4Cr2Mo3WV钢组织主要为针状马氏体,随着淬火温度的升高,试验钢针状马氏体组织尺寸逐渐增大,1060℃淬火的4Cr2Mo3WV钢强韧型匹配最好。对1060℃淬火的4Cr2Mo3WV钢,进行不同温度的回火,随着回火温度的升高,试验钢的硬度先升高后降低,冲击功先降低后升高。经1060℃淬火+600℃回火试验钢的强韧性匹配最好。
The effects of different quenching and tempering processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 4Cr2Mo3WV die steel were studied by means of microstructure observation,hardness test and impact test.The results show that themicrostructure of quenched 4Cr2Mo3WVsteel ismainly acicularmartensite.With the increase of quenching temperature,the size of acicular martensite in the test steel increases gradually,and the strength and toughness of 4Cr2Mo3WV steel quenched at 1060℃is the best matched.The 4Cr2Mo3WV steel quenched at 1060℃is tempered at different temperatures,with the increase of tempering temperature,the hardness of test steel increases first and then decreases,and the impact power decreases first and then increases.1060℃quenching+600℃tempered test steel has the bestmatching of strength and toughness.
