乡村医生基本养老保险参保选择的有限理性分析

Selection of the basic endowment insurance of village doctors based on limited rationality theory

文章在对不同地区乡村医生基本养老保险参保行为进行调查的基础上,基于有限理性理论,从政策环境、养老保险制度、个人情况等三个方面进行分析,发现地方保障支持政策、社保制度的设定、乡村医生的年龄收入和养老意识等会影响到养老保险的选择,认为要提高乡村医生养老保障水平,需要地方财政支持、养老保险政策改善、收入增加和参保意识提高等方面的协同进行。

This paper analyzes village doctors’selection of basic endowment insurance from three aspects:policy environment,pension system and individual factors based on the limited rationality theory,finds out that the supporting policies of local government,setting of pension system,age,income and elderly-service awareness of village doctors may affect their selection of basic endowment insurance.It is suggested that local finance support,endowment insurance policy,income and insured awareness should be improved together to increase the old-age care level of village doctors in rural areas of China.
