摘要
针对色温影响造成的弹载相机成像色彩偏差问题,提出了一种基于统计分析的色温估计自动白平衡校正算法。通过研究不同色温下白点R/G和B/G分布特点,界定不同色温区间的白点范围,以此为参考基准对弹载相机工作色温进行估计并计算增益值。实验结果表明,该算法能够准确检测出不同色温下图像中的白点信息,校正结果较传统算法有显著提升,验证了该算法的可行性和有效性。同时,通过并行流水线设计实现软件算法向FPGA移植,降低了硬件资源消耗和图像处理时延,为弹载图像采集系统嵌入式设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the color imbalance caused by color temperature in the imaging process of missile-borne camera, it is proposed an automatic white balance algorithm for color temperature estimation based on statistical analysis. By studying the distribution characteristics of white points R/G and B/G under different color temperatures, the range of white points in each color temperature interval is determined, which can be used to estimate the color temperature of the missile-borne camera and calculate the gain value. The experimental results show that the algorithm can accurately detect the white point information in the image under different color temperatures, and the result of white balance correction is much better than that of the traditional algorithm, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. In addition, the software algorithm is ported to FPGA by the parallel pipeline design, which can reduce hardware resource consumption and image processing delay, and provide reference for the embedded design of missile-borne camera in image acquisition.
