现阶段我国走共同富裕道路的社会政策目标及路径

An Analysis of Social Policy Goals and Paths for the Common Prosperity at Current Stage in China

走共同富裕道路是社会主义的本质要求,是我国社会主义国家建设的长期发展方向。在各个不同的阶段中要根据各方面具体条件确定阶段性的目标。在现阶段,我国走共同富裕道路的“富裕”与“共同”都具有多方面的内容和具体要求,并且要推动共同富裕既有有利的条件,也面临严峻的挑战,必须从多方面入手,扎实推动共同富裕发展。社会政策可以在促进共同富裕的行动中发挥重要作用,但也存在一些限制性条件,因此应该通过进一步的改革来更好地发挥社会政策的重要作用,并努力克服其限制性条件。在未来的发展中,应该进一步提升社会政策在保障和改善民生、促进经济发展和维护社会公平方面的目标。具体行动主要包括进一步提高总体福利水平,加强基础性、普惠性和托底性民生建设,实行积极的社会政策并合理发挥社会政策在再分配中的作用。

As a basic requirement of socialism,common prosperity is a long-term direction for further development in China.In each different stage,it is necessary to determine its goals based on the realistic conditions.There are many detailed requirements and tasks for the two aspects of“common”and“prosperity”in China,and there are both advantages and challenges for the current endeavors to propel common prosperity,and thus comprehensive and sturdy efforts are necessary.Social Policy may play a significant role in the road to common prosperity,but there still are some limitations,and thus further reform is necessary to overcome social policy limitations and make better use of it.In the future,it is also necessary to further raise social policy goals in securing people’s well-being,contributing economic development and maintaining social equity.The specific tasks include mainly increasing general social welfare level,reinforcing the basic,universal and bottom securing social policy,developing more active social policy,and having social policy playing reasonable contributions in the redistribution system.
